Chapter 345 Slander!
Chapter 345 Slander!
"I'm slandering you?" Sha Zhu sneered, "You dare to say that you don't have any improper thoughts about the Second Master? You dare to say that you didn't approach him just for his house?"
Qin Huairu was sorely hurt by Sha Zhu's words that she was speechless for a moment.
Seeing this, Liu Haizhong quickly said, "Silly Zhu, stop talking... Huairu... she is not what you think..."
"Uncle, don't be fooled by her!" Sha Zhu cried, "She is a fickle woman! She approached you just for your house!"
Qin Huairu couldn't hold it in any longer and cried, "Silly Zhu, you...you've gone too far! When did I...when did I become fickle? I...how much I've paid for this family, do you...do you know?"
Sha Zhu looked at Qin Huairu crying and became even angrier.
He knew that Qin Huairu was pretending to be pitiful to gain sympathy.
"Qin Huairu, stop pretending!" Sha Zhu pointed at Qin Huairu's nose and cursed, "You are a shameless bitch! You...you..."
Before Sha Zhu could finish his words, he was interrupted by Liu Haizhong. "Sha Zhu, you...you shut up!"
Liu Haizhong was so angry that he was shaking all over. He pointed at Sha Zhu and said, "You...you get out of here! I...I don't want to see you again!"
Sha Zhu was stunned. He looked at Liu Haizhong in disbelief, feeling that his world had collapsed. He had always regarded Liu Haizhong as his own family member, but he did not expect that in the end, Liu Haizhong actually kicked him out of the house for Qin Huairu.
Sha Zhu's tears fell like beads from a broken string, and he choked up and said, "Second Uncle, I...I..."
"Get out!" Liu Haizhong roared.
Sha Zhu couldn't bear it any longer. He turned around and ran out of Liu Haizhong's room, ran out of the courtyard, and ran out of the place where he had lived for many years.
He walked aimlessly on the street, letting his tears flow freely. He didn't know where to go or what to do. He felt like he was abandoned by the whole world, lonely and helpless.
As night fell and the lights came on, Sha Zhu walked aimlessly on the brightly lit streets, out of tune with the bustling scene around him. He was like a ghost, wandering in the world.
Suddenly, he saw a tavern in front of him, and there were bursts of noisy sounds coming from it. He hesitated for a moment and walked in.
The pub was full of people and smoke. Sha Zhu found a corner to sit down, ordered a bottle of wine, and drank one glass after another.
He wanted to numb himself, to forget everything. He didn't want to think about Liu Haizhong, Qin Huairu, or anything that happened in the courtyard.
Under the influence of alcohol, Sha Zhu's consciousness began to blur. He looked at the people around him and felt that they had become strangers. He felt like he was in a dream, a bizarre dream.
Suddenly, he saw a familiar figure appear at the door of the tavern.
It’s Qin Huairu.
Sha Zhu sobered up immediately. He looked at Qin Huairu with eyes full of anger and hatred.
Qin Huairu also saw Sha Zhu. She was stunned for a moment, then walked straight towards Sha Zhu.
"Shazhu, what...what are you doing here?" Qin Huairu asked.
Sha Zhu sneered, "Is it not okay for me to come and drink?"
"You...how much did you drink?" Qin Huairu asked with concern.
"What's it got to do with you?" Sha Zhu said coldly.
Qin Huairu's face turned ugly. "Silly Zhu, are you...are you still angry with me?"
"I'm not angry." Sha Zhu said calmly, "I just don't want to see you again."
Qin Huairu's tears flowed down. "Silly Zhu, I... I know I was wrong... I... I shouldn't have treated you like that..."
Sha Zhu looked at Qin Huairu crying without a trace of pity in his heart. He knew that Qin Huairu's tears were fake and were just to win his sympathy.
"Qin Huairu, stop pretending." Sha Zhu said coldly, "Your tears are worthless to me."
Qin Huairu's crying stopped abruptly, and she looked at Sha Zhu in disbelief, as if she had met him for the first time.
The powder on Qin Huairu's face was smudged because of crying, like a crude watercolor painting, funny and pathetic. Sha Zhu felt sick, his stomach was churning, and he was about to vomit the wine he just drank. He stood up suddenly, pushed Qin Huairu away, pointed at her and cursed: "Get out! Don't let me see you again! You are a vampire! You specialize in sucking my blood and my bone marrow! You sucked me dry, and now you want to suck the blood of the second uncle? I tell you, no way!"
Qin Huairu was startled by Sha Zhu's sudden outburst. She staggered back a few steps and sat down on the ground. The drinkers around her stopped what they were doing and looked over here curiously. Qin Huairu felt her face burning, as if she had been slapped hard. She covered her face and cried even more sadly.
"Shazhu, you...how can you say that to me...I...I've been so good to you..." Qin Huairu cried breathlessly and spoke intermittently.
"Good? You're good to me? You still have the nerve to say you're good to me?" Sha Zhu laughed in anger, "You treat me like a fool, you treat me like a sucker, what do you think I am? You're just a stinky bitch! What else can you do besides crying? What else can you do besides pretending to be pitiful?"
Sha Zhu became more and more excited as he spoke. He grabbed Qin Huairu's hair and pulled her up from the ground.
“Silly Zhu…you…you let me go…you…you hurt me…” Qin Huairu cried and struggled.
Sha Zhu's grip became tighter and tighter, and Qin Huairu felt like her scalp was about to be torn apart.
"Pain? You deserve it! The suffering you made me endure was a hundred times more painful than this!" Sha Zhu said gritting his teeth.
The drinkers around couldn't stand it anymore and tried to persuade him: "Shazhu, calm down! Don't be impulsive!"
"Yeah, idiot, if you have something to say, just talk it over and don't use violence!"
Sha Zhu turned a deaf ear to her. He pushed Qin Huairu to the ground and then turned and left the tavern.
He walked on the street, feeling empty inside. He didn't know where to go or what to do. He felt like a lost dog with nowhere to go.
He walked aimlessly and came to a park unknowingly. He found a bench and sat down, looking up at the stars in the sky.
It was late at night and the park was empty. Only Sha Zhu was sitting alone on a bench.
He felt very tired, very tired. He closed his eyes and wanted to have a good rest.
Suddenly, he felt someone tapping his shoulder. He opened his eyes and saw a woman standing in front of him.
The woman was wearing a red dress, with a graceful figure. Her face was heavily made up, and she looked very charming.
